We are building a network of singer harpers and harpers and collectively introducing more people to both the singer harpers around Ireland and the rich heritage of harper bards of Erin’s past. We go way back into the ancient past of myths and legends when the harp was brough to Ireland and became its symbol. - Harpers! We would like to hear from you
If you are based in Ireland, are a singer harper or harper who accompanies a singer we invite you to be listed with Harps Around Ireland. - Celtic Bard School Retreat 7 days and 7 nights only €1150
€850 per person if booked before June 30th 2009, for any date
homely eco farm accomodation and visits to sacred sites that inspire writing stories, poetry and songs, plus we can guide you through to performance and publishing while you are still on vacation! …. plus a one day Turlough O’Carolan tour of his homes, where he played, sites that inspired his tunes and his burial place. - Need a harper for a wedding or event?
